We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items must be perfect, like new, with tags, unworn, and without any home, perfume, or body scents.  We prefer items without pet hair or fish scales.   Items that smell or are covered in hair automatically get sent back charging the original payment method for shipping!

No returns or exchanges on garage sale items.

Exchanges:

If you need another size, we are happy to get that out to you along with a label to send back the original item.  Please contact us at the email below to get that started!  Please note, sometimes we are out if items, we'll work with you on getting it fixed!

Return for Gift Card:

We are happy to take an item back and send out a gift card!  Being a small business, this is our preferred method.  We are happy to provide a label for return shipping and will issue a gift card once the item(s) have been received in perfect condition!


Return for refund:

If you simply don't like something, we are happy to take care of you! To start a return, you can contact us at Jake@clevelandfishingco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately we can't provide a label for refunds.  Anything sent back to us without first contacting via email risks being lost and is not eligible for a refund.

If something was our fault (ie. wrong item sent) we will always cover the return shipping.
